Firewall Rules
In most circumstances you will not need to add firewall rules to your router in order for our VoIP services to work normally
Audio / media traffic flows through various gateways within Simtex, hence if you are having issues with one-way or no-way audio/media you may need to open up traffic from the following ranges and ports.
IP Ranges
203.32.124.160/27
203.30.19.0/24
202.74.176.160/28
202.74.176.176/29
203.7.224.128/27
Signalling
- UDP Port: 5060
- TCP Ports: 5060-5062
Media
- UDP Ports: 10000 through 20000
- UDP Ports: 40000 through 59000
- UDP Ports: 4000-4999
